2. Interpretations

“the Seller” means Wheelie Bin Storage

“the Buyer” means the person who accepts an offer from the Seller for the sale of the Goods

“the Contract” means the contract for the purchase and sale of the Goods under these conditions

“Business Day” means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday

“Delivery Date” means the date on which the Goods are to be delivered

“the Goods” means the “goods”, “products” or “items” which the Seller is to supply to the Buyer in accordance with these Conditions

“In Writing” includes any communications by telex, facsimile transmission, electronic mail (email), post, or any comparable means.

3. Basis of Sale

After placing an order online at, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order. Once you order has been checked, approved, accepted and dispatched by us, a contract between us will be formed, and our cancellation and refund policies will apply.

3.1 No order submitted by the Buyer shall be deemed to be accepted by the Seller until it is confirmed in writing by the Seller or an authorised representative.

3.2 The specification for the Goods shall be those set out in the Seller’s sales documentation unless varied expressly in the Buyer’s order (if accepted by theSeller).

3.3 The Seller reserves the right to make any changes in the specification of the Goods which are required to conform with any applicable safety or other statutory or regulatory requirements.

3.4 No order which has been accepted by the Seller may be cancelled by the Buyer except with the agreement in writing of the Seller on the terms that the Buyer shall indemnify the Seller in full against all loss (including loss of profit), costs (including the cost of all labour and materials used), damages, charges and expenses incurred by the Seller as a result of cancellation.

4. Pricing

All prices quoted for goods on the website are correct at the time of writing. These prices exclude VAT and delivery costs.

4.1 While every effort has been made to ensure all prices are correct at all times, Sales literature, price lists and other documents issued by the Seller in relation to the Goods are subject to alteration without notice at any time.

4.2 Any typographical, clerical or other accidental errors or omissions in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by the Seller shall be subject to correction
without any liability on the part of the Seller.

4.3 The Seller reserves the right, by giving notice to the Buyer at any time before delivery, to increase the price of the Goods to reflect any increase in the cost to the Seller which is due to any factor beyond the control of the Seller (such as, without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation currency regulation, alteration of duties, significant increase in the costs of labour, materials or other costs of manufacture), any change in delivery dates, quantities or specifications for the Goods which is requested by the Buyer, or any delay caused by any instructions of the Buyer or failure of the Buyer to give the Seller adequate information or instructions.

4.4 The price is exclusive of any applicable value added tax excise, sales or taxes or levies of a similar nature which are imposed or charged by any competent fiscal authority in respect of the Goods, which the Buyer shall be additionally liable to pay to the Seller.

5. Payment

Subject to these terms and conditions, the Seller will invoice the Buyer for the price of the Goods at the point of sale, or at any time prior to or after delivery of the Goods.

5.1 The Buyer shall pay the price of the Goods within 30 days of the date of the Seller’s invoice. Failure to do so may result in additional costs or delayed items.

5.2 All payments shall be made to the Seller as indicated on the invoice issued by the Seller. Receipts for payment will be issued only upon request.

6. Delivery

After placing your order with, the Seller will send you a dispatch confirmation listing the estimated delivery time and date. If no time and date is provided, the Seller will deliver within 30 days of accepting your order. While we endeavour to deliver at the scheduled time, we are not liable for delayed delivery caused by circumstances outside of our control.

6.1 Our deliveries in the UK mainland are delivered Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) between the hours of 08:00h and 17:30h. Weekend and evening deliveries are not available. Our standard free delivery is available to Mainland UK only and excludes the highlands and all Islands including Northern Ireland & ROI. If you would like a shipping quote please get in touch

6.2 While we endeavour to deliver on the scheduled date, we regret that we are unable to specify exact delivery times within that date, and we are not liable for delayed delivery caused by circumstances outside of our control.

6.3 If your goods cannot be delivered successfully due to you being unable to accept the goods, redelivery charges will apply.

6.4 Except where stated, prices are shown for delivery to mainland UK only. Please contact us for shipping costs to other locations.

6.5 We offer kerbside deliveries only due to the nature of the product. Please also be aware that the delivery will be delivered flat packed on a pallet. The driver is not responsible for removing the pallet however some drivers may take the pallet away if asked nicely. Please advise us in advance of any obstructions, security gates or predicted drop off problems.

7. Damaged or Defective Goods

If the goods received are damaged or defective in any way, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will require photographs of any damaged parts and a detailed damage report to be communicated to us in writing within 3 days of receiving the goods.

If the Seller agrees that the Goods are damaged or defective, it shall:

replace the defective Goods within 10 days of receiving the Buyer’s notice; or

refund to the Buyer the price for the goods which are defective;

but the Seller shall have no further liability to the Buyer in respect thereof, and the Buyer may not reject the Goods if delivery is not refused or notice given by the Buyer as aforesaid. No Goods may be returned to the Seller without the prior agreement in writing of the Seller.

The cost of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to the Buyer if the Goods are delivered to an address other than that stated on the Seller’s contract (unless agreed in writing prior to delivery).

8. Returns & Refunds

The Buyer has the right to cancel any order before the goods are dispatched by the Seller.

8.1 If the buyer cancels before dispatch but after payment has been made, the seller will refund the full amount of the order.

8.2 Cancellations made after the order has been dispatched will not be valid until the order has been delivered. Once the order has been received, it is the buyer’s responsibility to return the items to the seller and request a refund.

8.3 We cannot accept the return of items which have been assembled. Once you have started the build – it will be deemed that you were happy with the goods and we will not accept any returns.

We will not accept returns if the products have been built, altered by applying chemicals or paints to the surfaces or by altering or customising the product in any way that could be deemed as you using or treating the products as your own.

While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. If products were delivered flat packed, they must be returned in the same way. Every effort must be taken to ensure that the return product (s) are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.

8.4 Items must be returned within fourteen days of delivery, in the same condition in which they were received. The buyer will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods to the seller. If the items are returned in perfect condition, the buyer will be reimbursed within 14 working days.

8.5 Made-to-order, customised and personalised items cannot be returned or cancelled.

9. Website Accuracy

Every effort has been made to ensure that product specifications, dimensions, sizes, weights and measurements for every product listed on are accurate, but please be aware that due to the nature of the goods sold on this website, some small variances may apply. This also applies to colour accuracy. We have made every effort to display the product colours accurately, but the image displayed on your monitor may differ from the true colour of the product delivered.

While we are entitled to change or amend our website without giving you notice, the terms and conditions applicable when you placed your order will continue to apply to those products.

From time to time we may offer products at sale or promotional prices. Any such offers will apply to selected products only, and will be subject to availability. Delivery charges, conditions and geographical exclusions may apply.

10. Transfer of Rights and Obligations

The Contract between the Buyer and the Seller is binding on both parties. The Buyer may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of the rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent from the Seller.

The Seller may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract

11. Limitation of Liability

Goods purchased from are of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied. Wheelie Bin Storage do not accept liability or responsibility for any of the following:

1. Death or personal injury caused by the products or company negligence, or the negligence of employees of Wheelie Bin Storage.

2. Fraud or misrepresentation

3. Breach of any of the terms and conditions provided in existing law such as the Sales of Goods Act 1979 and the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.

4. Defective product

12. Force Majeure

In the case of a Force Majeure Event, the Seller will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control. Force Majeure Events include (but are not limited to) the following:

1. Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.

2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.

3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.

4. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

5. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.

6. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, however, we endeavour to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed.

13. Our Right to Amend These Terms and Conditions

The Seller retains the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the market conditions affecting our business. These changes include, but are not limited to, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, and changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

14. Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts for the purchase of Goods through our website will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
